I stopped by this Ralph today on my way home to get some soda and beer for my party this weekend. I never been to this Ralph before so it was my first time here. I found parking easily but I can see how later in the day, it can get busy because it shares the plaza with other stores. When I walked inside, they kept the alcohol drinks near the entrance where the produce is. I found what I was looking for there and then went to the produce to get some tomatoes. This Ralph's is old, everything is locked up due to the amount of homeless people coming in and stealing. It was nice years ago. Employees aren't very friendly and usually only one checker is open. They have 6 self checks for 15 items or less, so if you don't want to ring up your own groceries you are forced to wait in one line behind people buying large amounts.

I was checking out with the last rose arrangement with a vase and in line a customer in front of me knocked it over and damaged the flowers, water went everywhere and the manager refused to discount or exchanged the damaged roses for other flowers they had in store, seems like an easy request when they probably throw out hundreds of flowers a week and as I said it was the last one in this vase already pre arranged, this was 10 pm 5/26/26, I shop here all the time. I used to shop at this grocery store at any time of the day or night without any concern, but it's completely changed in the last several years. And it isn't necessarily the fault of the staff or the store in general. My wife and I try to do our shopping at other places now...even many of my neighbors avoid going there if they can.
