My first time ever at the melting pot was a wonderful experience and I can’t wait to return!! They are incredibly accommodating and safe with food allergies, I have celiac and they were able to make EVERYTHING gluten free for me! I did not feel left out what so ever. My boyfriend(who eats normally) even mentioned that the gluten free dessert dippers were better than a normal cookie! The manager who was working at night was super kind, he checked on us multiple times and refilled our dippers and sauces. We came to celebrate my birthday, and Hannah, who was also our waitress for Valentine’s Day-made the entire experience amazing! She was so kind, attentive, and welcoming from the moment we sat down. She made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. Her positive attitude and excellent service truly made our night memorable. Went to the Melting Pot with my boyfriend to celebrate winning an award at a conference we were at earlier that day. Such great food, and amazing service! Savanah was our server, and she was so attentive. She frequently checked in with us and made sure to take my allergies into account when we ordered food. Food came quickly, and we were able to get refills on any dippables (the food you dip into the fondue). For the entrees, you cook them yourself at the table, and they even have a QR code that leads you to a site that sets a timer to tell you how long to cook each type of entree. Savanah als

Wonderful dining experience!!! Booths are very private and Grace the server was fantastic!!! The 4 course meal was delicious, but I would definitely come back for Cheese and chocolate! Great place to bring anyone from Date Night to a little one that likes to cook !
