This was terrible. I was in the drive-through. I repeated my order twice to make sure they got it right When I got to the window, my chicken nuggets were missing.i told them I wanted my fries fresh I don’t mind waiting. They were cold. I told the guy who took my order my nuggets where missing and he said he didn’t have the time for that. The manager ignored me and As he was handing me my ice cream, he didn’t look immediately closed the window and the caramel spilled all over my hand we told them about this and he did not care and just closed the window. Just went through the drive thru at 12 am on 04/14 and the young man who took our order was so kind. I haven’t had such a positive experience in the drive thru, he made our night. Keep up the positive energy you made a difference in our evening!

Placed a mobile order for breakfast before breakfast was over I pulled into parking lot at exactly 1030. Order was placed at 1025. The woman asked for my # and then told me they no longer had breakfast. I understand breakfast being over but my order was paid for and submitted before breakfast was done. I now have to wait up to a week for the refund. I asked if i could change the order because it was already paid was very rudly told no I had to cancel and place another order. I will never be coming back to tjis mcdonalds again.

I was up with Verizon getting an upgrade next door with my wife she said she wanted a lemonade so I ran over to this spot and it was very clean had a lot of great people sitting around enjoying their food atmosphere was excellent staff was very attentive nice spot
