the way Eduardo the manager spoke to my boyfriend tonight was absolutely horrible and unprofessional you guy's need to hire a new manager someone who actually wants to be there... his customer service is disgusting and if I was there in person I probably would have cursed him out.... very miserable hire a manager who actually wants to do their job and actually knows customer service and how to speak to people... hire someone new or retrain him We've never experienced customer service like this ever all the times we go here absolutely ridiculous MY BOYFRIEND GOT HOME I ordered a deluxe double

This is the worst place I have ever been to in my life. I went to buy something, and the employee didn’t even have a smile on his face. Secondly, they give you only half of your order and rudely tell you to go wait in the parking lot for the rest. They hand you the sandwich through the window, and for the drink, they tell you to wait in the parking lot, taking 5 whole minutes just for a drink! This is pure stupidity. When you ask them why they are late, they tell you, 'If you don't like it, don't come back, this is our system.' This is the first time in my life I've ever heard of such a stupid

Ordered 2 bacon egg cheese mcmuffin and 2 sausage mcmuffin came out to $22.50. We always get that but from the moorestown mcdonalds. Just went there because it was on there way home. talked to manager and they said it was correct. Refused the order and went to the one in moorestown. Same order but was$12.50

If I can give no reviews I would. The manager “easel” or however you say or spell, because she whispered her name in embarrassment that she could not handle my issue is a terrible manager. She doesn’t know her numbers, my order numbers were read out of order, she then couldn’t manually apply a coupon and said something’s wrong with the app and didn’t provide assistance. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE. I witnessed her previously get cursed out by another individual, now I understand.
