This week I ordered a box of coffee daily for 3 days in a row for our church's participation in Teacher Appreciation Week. The staff was so friendly and the coffee was ready when they said it would be. The coffee was hot and good!

Fire the whole staff!!! Just rude had me waiting in drive thru for a long time and I just wanted to ordered something quick and was ignoring me when I tried to order never coming back !!

Donuts are horrible, and they never have many to choose from The last two times I ordered vanilla icing filled, I ended up with Bavarian cream and threw away as I dont like Bavarian or Boston cream. Today, I ordered 2 vanilla filled and opened them up first to make sure. I couldn't tell as the donuts weren't filled with anything. Guess I'll have to find another place for coffee and donuts because I won't go back to dunkin. This place is a joke! They used to be good. What a shame. Oh and they discontinued the chocolate cream filled. I should have stopped going then

Not once have I ever been to this Dunkin and everything I wanted to order was available. Poor inventory managment. Food often served luke warm. Chaos and unproffessionalism inside the store.
