they almost always mess up my order. don’t tell me they’re out of something until i get my food and notice. the girl working nights with the colored hair is very rude. i understand having a rough day, but you work in customer service. don’t take your problems out on customers especially when they’re nice to you. if you’re that miserable get a new job girl! :)

horrible service. We go through the drive through started off completely rude being very vague no customer service whatsoever. We get our food they never gave us our sauces so we go inside. After getting our sauces they proceed to tell us that their dine in was only for door dashers, how were we supposed to know? No sign or anything they were rude about us even going in and when walking out the proceed to say “teenagers” and rolled their eyes. Completely rude and horrible customer service a teenager was better at customer last week.

The staff working tonight is absolutely worthless! Ordered 2 enchiritos with no onions. Got 2 loaded with onions. The girl that took the order was totally put off that I was inconveniencing her by ordering food. She was very rude and didn't give a damn about anything. Thanks for wasting my time and my money.

They’re declining in business and need to learn to buck up and actually do their job or don’t work there. Plenty other people need jobs. You guys are always giving out food thats not even filled like the quesadillas are always majority tortilla and you guys can’t even follow simple instructions like take off tomato’s, how hard is that?? And blaming it on the drivers like the lady at taco bell last night did was insane because it was the people who put the food together, not the driver, they just pick up your stuff that you’re supposed to be doing.
