While traveling through Chicago, we stumbled upon Remington’s after enjoying Blues Fest and looking for a great meal. We didn’t have reservations, but we’re so glad we stopped in. The atmosphere was inviting, and the menu offered a creative blend of Southern comfort food with Asian-inspired flavors. We enjoyed the crab cakes, braised pork belly, an Old Fashioned, and a beautifully crafted gimlet. We arrived between lunch and dinner so it was practically empty. Excellent service, super attentive, friendly, and efficient. Nice cocktails. Great wine options. Steaks were perfectly cooked to order and delicious. Prices were very decent for the portion sizes and quality of the dishes. A must in Chicago.

Cheese burger in a nutshell underwhelming. I thought small portions, what’s the deal not giving a decent amount of fries 🤷‍♀️ the cheeseburger with fries was $18.95 I would of rather paid a few extra dollars and got a decent sized burger and portion of fries to make it good value for money. On the plus side the service was great and Janine poured me loads of extra Diet Coke. The restaurant itself is really nice.
