Sam M★★young staff needs training! I waited 15 minutes for a latte with only 3 other drinks ahead of me. 3 out of 4 people were standing and watching 1 person work. My ice and milk were poured immediately after I ordered and sat for 15 minutes while it waited for the espresso. Half the ice melted and the other half literally froze/curdled the milk, leaving it a clump and unable to be mixed in with the espresso. Doesn’t matter how good the view is, not at all worth a $9 latte and will not be returning.
