This team needs some serious retraining on customer service. For context, I’m a general manager for a multi-million-dollar company, and I pride myself on providing excellent customer service. Unfortunately, this experience completely ruined my morning. I was on my way to a volunteer event and stopped in to grab breakfast, including hash browns for my 2-year-old daughter who was in the car with me. I have probably bought dunkin donuts over 20,000 times in my life. I am a man born and raised in Massachusetts. No dunks has ever pissed me off more than this location. If you can get the elite crew, they're amazing. But right now I've been waiting about 20min for 2 drinks and the car infront of me ordered 1 (6 piece) hashbrown and no drink.

The amount of times I've come in here and the general manager was screaming at an employee on the floor is embarrassing. Upset with an employee's performance? That's fine, take it to the back and have a level headed conversation. It's unprofessional, poorly received, and ineffective. Unfortunately I'm sure this review won't make any changes for the poor staff that have to work for this woman because higher ups don't do anything that's requires "work" but this had to get called out. Staff, I see you. Don't let that woman get to you ❤️
