I was born and raised in Springfield mass in the early 70s never knew about this place until the other day because I have a joke that I want the famous guy on TikTok to come visit this place Dave Poor anyways I come here almost every night for large cheese pizza. Rachel is the best. I do not know how she can handle so many orders nevertheless I love this place promote the place to my family and friends but today was a sad day because there was no music that always seems to put me in a good mood nevertheless I love this place. I love Rachel and I will continue coming Here.

I took our basketball team here after the championship the atmosphere was a great experience the staff for all nice very attentive They did not mind having all these kids. They were able to move their chairs and tables so that they could all sit together and there was no issues Romanos is such a great. Pizza place and they’re open till 3 AM

Romano's nails the Margherita Pizza every single time! I always order it with light cheese, which really lets the fresh ingredients shine. The sauce is wonderfully sweet and fresh, and the way they put the garlic right on top is perfect. Combined with the fresh tomatoes, basil, and parmesan, it’s an absolute winner.

We ordered a pizza with hamburger and bacon with garlic knots, the wait wasn’t too bad but the food was just NOT IT. The pizza was dry with barely any tomato sauce making it feel like you’re just eating bread with cheese, bacon and sausage. The garlic knots was worse it didn’t even taste like anything plus bread was kinda burnt on top of that and the sauce was spilt all over the place when we received it. We called the restaurant to inform them we wanted a refund the lady was rude and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. Her tone of voice sounded very annoyed from the very beginning. T
