I always get my burgers with no lettuce Xtra tomato with a fork for the fries. As soon as they hear my voice they never forget anything they get my order fast and with friendly service. The night crew at st.james ave.spfld. is awesome. Very polite caring people.

I’m honestly so done with this Wendy’s. Every time I go, something is wrong, but today was actually ridiculous. I ordered a Baconator fries with my meal and somehow got a dry, hard baked potato instead… no sour cream, nothing on it, just sad and overcooked. Like how do you even mix that up?? Then my Junior Bacon Cheeseburger was completely wrong too. I said no lettuce or tomato and extra mayo… and they gave me a burger with basically NOTHING on it except bacon. I ordered $40 worth of food, 4 biggie bags, and only received 4 fries and 4 drinks, I contacted the store and spoke to the manager who said either I’m lying or DoorDash stole it because they weighed it, he wouldn’t even tell me how many bags they sent -we only received one.I wasn’t expecting money back from Wendy’s, I only called to make sure when I reordered I actually got what I paid for but the manager was so rude I’m scared to order from there now, which really stinks because it’s my daughter’s favorite… DoorDash only reimbursed me $9 out of $40, so looks like we’re having Ramen for dinner

I am writing to formally report an issue that occurred at the Wendy’s located at 1290 Saint James Ave, Springfield, MA during the early morning hours of December 10th, at approximately 2:00 AM. When we pulled up to the drive-through intercom, we were made to wait for approximately 30 minutes with no communication or acknowledgment from staff. After finally being instructed to pull forward, we observed that the employees were laughing and socializing at the window instead of assisting customers in a timely manner.
