Wait time was a lil much but Robert at the orderline was amazing kudos for his attention to detail taking our order. Refreshing to see. Had to re adjust the price hikes are ridiculous and when they don't even give you the food you paid for its even more frustrating. Why pay large when they will give you what they feel like

I had a great experience at this Chick-fil-A location! The service was exceptionally fast and the staff were very polite and professional. The classic chicken sandwich was perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended for a quick and delicious meal!

The quality of the food at this chick fil a is better than usual. The service is way sub par. Third time in a row their pickup online service failed to do its most basic job which is tell them when i arrive so they can start preparing my order like the app says it will do. Unfortunately 3 times ive had to wait 12+ minutes prior to arriving to get a simple chicken sandwich. Not only that but i feel i was being ignored for some reason and people were very unaccommodating. Will just go in and order face to face from now on.

So happy to have another Chick Fil A in Chula Vista. Service was SUPERB! As far as some workers even asking if we needed refills as we were dining in. I appreciate how attentive Ashley was when taking our order and making sure we had an amazing experience. We will be coming back to this location as regulars especially considering how clean it was.
