Excellent viatnamese meal. Ordered the bun cold noodle dish with chicken and dining partner ordered same with pork. The portions were really nice and all of the vegetables were sliced well and fresh and crisp. The chicken and pork had a good sear and plenty of flavor. The cold rice noodles were nice and light. Very friendly staff and servers. Many other options on the menu I want to try now including the banh mi sandwhich and the pho looked really good too. Nice atmosphere and bar.

Came here after graduation to celebrate my cousin, and it was a great spot for a laid-back meal. Pho Lang Tang has a modern Vietnamese kitchen vibe that feels clean and welcoming, and it was easy to sit, relax, and actually have a conversation without too much noise. We ordered a variety of entrees, but the highlight was definitely the pho. The broth tasted very close to what you’d find in California and even Vietnam, which was a pleasant surprise. I order a pork sausage sandwich from this place via DoorDash and received a completely different food!! This is not the first time that this place messed up my order! I previously ordered a grilled pork rice platter with a fried egg (mind you, this is an add on that cost like $8.00!!!). However, when I received my food, the egg was nowhere to be found. Since I ordered via DoorDash both times, the restaurant claimed they can’t give me any refund and I will have to place the order AGAIN if I still want it!!!! Great spot! I’m from a very Vietnamese area and this pho matched some of the best I’ve had. Definitely more of a western, modern vibe than a traditional Vietnamese pho house but great food with lots of food. Would recommend.
