So basically, the store is horrendous. The staff for a fact does not want to be there every morning and makes it a point to be known. However, Spencer and Aaron on night crew are absolutely fantastic. When they care about a customer, they really care. They’ll make sure your order is perfect and even then, sometimes go above and beyond with your items. I prefer going at night knowing these two will make sure my order is perfect. All stars to them specifically, my low ratings are of the store itself. Those two are good employees, everything else I have a more negative view on. I don’t recommend

I ordered my drink at 828am. She finally made my drink at 842am. Even people that came in after me, and ordered after me, received their drink before me. This place is very poor on work ethic with zero efficiency. The heavy set lady working drive thru has poor character. Had me waiting 16 minutes to make one mobile order drink, insane.

Spent 30 mins waiting on 2 coffee and 3 sandwiches they made the coffees first so when we got them all of the ice was melted our coffees died. Then our grilled cheeses weren’t even melted. They toasted the bread but didn’t heat the sandwiches the worst experience staff didn’t seem like it was an issue and there are no refunds 🙄

Do better Dunkin’… seriously. Placed a mobile order at 9:35am for window pickup. By the time we got there around 9:50, the drive-thru line was insanely long, so I figured I’d run inside quickly to grab it. While I was waiting, I decided to order myself food at the register. The employee immediately shut me down and said I couldn’t because they were “backed up” and it would be a 15–20 minute wait. Fine, I said forget it. I then stood there waiting… and waiting… clearly seeing my order sitting ready by the window. I tried to get the attention of THREE different employees and was completely ig
