I have a weakness when it comes to diners! I love diner food and this place definitely delivered!! This place is located inside cable airport. Service was excellent! We wanted to sit outside but the wait was longer than usual so we opted for first available, which was inside. We ordered: the crop duster, ricotta pancakes, kids French toast and chicken sandwich with steak fries and of course coffee. Everything was delicious! I would definitely come back!

This was an adventure trip for breakfast that turned out awesome. It is a funny thing about Cable airport, planes are quite loud when they take off. Otherwise the silence is unbelievabley quiet. This is the charm of eating at Maniac Mikes. You can hear the planes getting ready to take off and then watch them race down the runway a hundred yards away. Then silence. Breakfast is first class. The pancakes are enourmas and fluffy. This is the first time in years my eggs have been cooked properly by any restaurant. This place went viral and has been busy all day. The estimated wait time was 1 hour, but we were seated within 30 min. Time went by quickly as we sat outside watching the planes take off and land. Perfect place for kids to see planes. The country fried steak is AMAZING! Best I’ve had anywhere near here. Today was my first time visiting Maniac-Mikes . It was well recommended by My sister. I heard the owner Manny is a Guatemalan decent and he is a wonderful person.
