Ordered extra cheese and half the pizza does not even have cheese on it. This has happened several times from the same location. There’s no point in paying for extra toppings if it’s not going to be made correctly

i spent 20 mins waiting for curbside take out, finally went inside and dealt with workers that basically ignored me, 1 girl asked my name, looked at my boxes and walked away then came back, said nothing to me and started getting pizza ooutta the oven and cutting it, then a guy comes up and asks my name, he does give me the pizza this time - exact same boxes the 1st girl looked at- yes it was all done, no she did not have to finish part of my order. when i asked for a manager the 1st guy pointed to another guy and said thats him, he looked at me, kinda nodded and kept doing what he was doing, n

This location always puts out amazing food. Ive ordered from this location for years. The order is always right and cooked to perfection. I had this same pizza in Florida and it was no where near as good as here at home. Thank you all for making awesome food.

Location at hwy 48 is hit or miss, but mostly it’s a miss. I live close to this location, so it’s more of a convenience. I ordered through the app on 3/29/26 and it was another miss. Everything was over cooked, barely any cheese on the pizza’s and the pizza’s were cut very wonky. From now on I will just drive the extra mile to Pizza Hut.
