My kids treated me to a late lunch today at this restaurant 😊I ordered the club sandwich and a trip to the salad bar it was so good and fresh. The salad 🥗 bar was stocked and was appealing to the eye. My son in law ordered the chicken fried steak and gave me a taste it was tender tasted great and cooked well. My daughter ordered breakfast which they serve all day, it looked amazing and she said everything was so good. I will definitely be back! The restaurant itself was cute decorated and clean and orderly. The manager who was so nice stopped by to see how everything was. Service was top not

Casual, family -friendly spot with great homestyle cooking. The chicken fried steak was hot ,tender,and well seasoned. Squash casserole was delicious;green beans was slightly salty. Meal included rolls/cornbread plus the options tea/coffee. Bring cash for a lower price. Small salad bar available. It's a great spot if you enjoy classic comfort food and a relaxed atmosphere

This quaint cafe with a large dining room is a four minute walk from the Liberty Hotel or the main square and based upon my Saturday morning visit, is a favorite with the locals. The wait staff was friendly and attentive and my breakfast seemed ready minutes after I ordered it. It was substantive, hearty and delicious. Perfect for a rainy day drive back home. The vibe is subdued, but that's what I'd expect in a place like this and it made my visit all the more enjoyable. Prices were reasonable.

Always great food. Look forward to the daily specials, but menu staples like the CFS, burger are legit. Dont get me started on breakfast.... id rather come here than some of the other popular spots any day. Better food and better service.
