We have gotten food here before and it was great but the last two times have been awful! The food taste great but getting two meals and paying $30 only to get tenders that are literally the size of the sauce lid is absolutely ridiculous!!! I don’t know if it is just this location or if all of them are doing it now but if you are not going to give an actual chicken strip and try to pass off chicken nuggets then how about lowering the price. I only give this 4 stars because it's fast food, but as far as fast food and service goes Raising Canes deserves 5 stars for sure. Of course most fast chicken places are kind pricey, but Raising Canes most definitely has the most bang for your buck as far as Flavor and Portion size goes. And let's not mention the Canes sauce. It's so delicious I am absolutely addicted to the sauce lol

When we received our meals, there was hardly any fries and the cups were not full of our drinks. We also ordered no ice and they put ice. Taking in to speak to the manager, I was told there is nothing that can be done. If I wanted a refund, I needed to go through Uber Eats. I wasn't even asking for a refund. I was simply asking for the food that I ordered. She still refused to do anything to make it right. I called corporate just to be told the same thing. Horrible service from employees that don’t care about issues that arise. I will not be coming back here.

We love going to this Canes. The chicken tenders on the box combo are enough for two meals. However, this time we had a longer wait and were asked to move to the pick up area to wait. Everything was great except the fries were undercooked and not crisp. They were uneatable!
