I went to the Cleburne Whataburger today, and honestly, I can’t say I’ll ever be back after this experience. First off, my drink was wrong, so I had to ask for that to be fixed. Then I sat in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes after ordering. The sad part is, the store wasn’t even busy — and after this experience, I can see why. After waiting that long, you would think the food would at least be fresh and hot, but it wasn’t even close. The husband was craving a chicken biscuit and so we stopped and ordered. We were asked to pull forward and to give them a little to make fresh biscuits, the drive through was still receiving orders and each time an order came out before us the gentleman that took our order made sure to communicate to us about our wait. Tdlr I wanted to make sure it was known that he (Ely, I believe) did an amazing job!!

Came by after work to get food for dinner. Got a fried chicken sandwich... the chicken. Was fried so much that it is a rock. Out of all the chicken, I was able to rip 2 bits off of it. The hell guys. Fries were good. Service was good. Time to get food was a long wait. Guess it was left in the fryer from when I ordered it till I got it at the window.
