I visited Chick-fil-A May 11 around 7:30 PM (I am a regular customer at this specific location). I have tried to be patient and always let go every mistake they make. I always ask for my fries “always fresh” yet almost every time, they ignore my request. Tonight, I ordered Combo #3—the 12-nugget meal—with “always fresh” fries (I always kindly ask them “please my fries to be fresh). But guess what? Passed by this branch on my way back to my hotel. I dinned in. That drive-thru queue was crazy! Service was excellent, clean table. Ordered the deluxe sandwich without tomatoes and medium fries. Chick-fil-A thank you to the amazing team & awesome surprise in my order. A song came on the radio right before it was my turn to order & i felt my mom sitting there right next to me in the passenger seat laughing it out & started balling my eyes out in the drive thru. I miss my mom dearly & that was proof shes right by my side still guiding me.. I was completely surprised to have found a comforting chocolate chip cookie they gave me & it most certainly cheered me up. Thank you for the beautiful blessing 😇

10 STARS! As a visitor from London 🇺🇸 we were greeted with the lovely employees with a huge smile on their face. The location and parking are great. Chik-fil-A here was very clean, good temperature inside and of course delicious chicken! Sauce and potato waffles - spectacular. HOWEVER, the employees are the stars and foundation of this branch. A heartfelt thank you to Gaitirie (I hope I spelt it correctly) who made our first visit EXTRA SPECIAL.
