The manager (I think her name was Safe?) was extremely rude, and so was the employee, Bree. All I asked for was a little more cold foam, and what I was given was the same amount I usually get—even after I paid an extra $0.75 for it. When the employee brought the drink back out, she said, in a very patronizing tone, “Is this better?” as if I was the problem for pointing out that I paid extra and didn’t receive what I ordered. ** PLEASE LIKE & SHARE PUR REVIEWS. ** Wheelchair accessible. With fresh snow fall, this Dunkin looks like something out of a snow village. It is located near a plaza with several other shops. Clean, plenty of seating & fast wifi service. Stopped in to do a quick interview for a potential new agent and ordered some snacks. The service seemed speedy and kind. Their restroom is very clean & they have tumblers and other Dunkin merch avail. They have a drink cooler and seating for all types : high back stools, booth, tables, high table. Can order online for pick up or drive thru.

Solid Dunkin experience. Drive-thru was fast even during the morning rush, coffee was hot and tasted right. Only reason not 5 stars is my mobile order was missing the extra cream cheese last time. Still my go-to spot though.

Will never go back to this specific location. The woman who claimed to be the general manager was extremely rude and talked down to me. I didn't even drink my coffee, I threw it out. Actually said to me " Would you shut up so I can speak? " I didn't answer her back because my grandchildren were in my car and I didn't want to cause a scene. I will be contacting corporate.
