I am writing this review as a frequent and loyal Dunkin' customer. My daughter and I regularly visit the Dunkin' locations on Gratiot (the newer location), Groesbeck, and southbound Gratiot near Hall Road. Because we visit these locations often, this feedback comes from customers who genuinely support the business and want to see it succeed. AVOID IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH i used to go here regularly and order the same thing generally, nowadays the quality control is lacking, to say the least. as time passed, there have been increasing instances of floating particles (which turns out, is from improperly cleaning the tap) in my green tea refresher to the point where i had to inspect it every time, only to be met with the same issue consistently (see pic). food would be good quality most times, although at times the order would be slightly off (i.e. wrong type of bagel). i would like to see an improvement in cleaning, otherwise i can

I have an issue with the 15 mile and Utica location and the 18 mile in Garfield location. The people are friendly, however they don’t listen to you when you tell them what you want. The beverages are not good at all, I did try the new chocolate banana freeze and it’s hit or mess the first time I tried it there wasn’t really a balance with the chocolate in the banana, but I figured I’d give it a try again and it just tasted like ice no flavor at all, I’ve tried the refreshers and the pumps the flavor that they put into it they put so much that it is so strong you can’t even taste the lemonade i
