Joseph Cypress (have to specify Cypress, too many Joes) was the front of the house manager and worked the floor very well. With in 30 sec of placing a fork on the ground, he spotted it and picked it up. A simple but subtle and substantial indicator of the staffs attention to detail. Our waiter was very attentive and even thoughtfully arranged an anniversary cake for us. We will definitely go back there!!
