Hands down the best pho I’ve had in this area. I ordered the pho from Sakurago (fresh hibachi & pho), and it completely exceeded my expectations. The broth was rich, deeply flavorful, and perfectly balanced — you can tell it’s made with care, not rushed. I recently tried Sakura Hibachi & Pho and had a mixed experience with some clear highlights. The brisket pho surprised me. I didn’t care for the beef itself, but the broth…babyyy, that broth carried. It had a really nice balance of savory depth with a slight sweetness and that subtle hint of star anise. Having tried pho in and outside of the DMV, this broth stands out for its balance and depth of flavor. Next time, I’d skip the beef and either go no meat or try chicken. They also got the essentials right. My order came with the usual sides like hoisin, sriracha, sprouts, and herbs, and the b
