I ordered the burnt ends plate, southwest egg rolls, potato salad, and baked beans. Service was good but food was MID. Burnt ends: 2/5, meat was dry, only tender pieces were those with a little fat. It did taste better dipped in the sweet bbq sauce. I don’t feel like the size of the burnt end plate justified the $19 price. Mac and cheese:3/5, texture and amount not bad, needs a sharp cheese or seasoning added for more flavor because it was lacking in that department. The smoked chicken sandwich was sooo good, all premium cuts. I felt very fortunate getting some world-class brisket here as I looked at the walls and knew that the president that signed my retirement papers enjoyed this place as much as I did.

My overall rating of this place 3/10. I’m not from Maryland so nothing against this place. This is not Texas BBQ. Let me start off by saying the atmosphere was good the service was good but the food was horrible. I got to he restaurant at 10:45 they didn’t open up till 11. Once inside I order brisket, ribs and chicken with a side of french fries. Spent about $40. The brisket was dry It wasn’t Tinder, I had to dip it in BARBECUE SAUCE which was actually pretty good but when eating brisket you don’t want to use barbecue sauce because that hides the flavor and taste.
