Collect Coffee Bar was such a pleasant surprise. The space is bright, clean, and has a ton of comfortable seating plus plenty of outlets, making it an ideal spot to cowork or study. The vibe is calm, the decor is cute, and everything feels really intentional. The staff was incredibly kind and quick with service. I ordered the honey cinnamon latte and the avocado toast to go — both were fresh, flavorful, and made well. Parking was free with time limits, and I had no trouble finding a spot on a Saturday morning right after the holidays. Since it’s close to Fresno State, parking might get tight

I love Collect Coffee! I mostly only get their matcha latte, and it’s always made just the way I want it. Their pastries and desserts are also really yummy, but I think they must have issues with their oven/toaster because once in a while, something will either be burnt or still cold. I am sure the staff are nice, but they can be hard to get a hold of when you have a question or request. My favorite part is definitely the environment especially since they added new seating areas, it’s such a great place to come for studying :)

Truly the best spot in Fresno! I’ve come here at least once a week for about 2 years and have always had the best experience and the best coffee! Definitely recommend the matcha and the cold brew 👀 it’s also a great place to study because there’s plenty of outlets and comfy chairs. I also appreciate how it’s always so spotless!

This was my first time going to this place. The coffee was great . They did a good job at making a cappuccino, nice foam. We also had a cardamom cap and a white chocolate mocha which was delicious. Staff was friendly and the atmosphere is very inviting . A perfect place for students to sit and do some reading and sipping . My only negative was the food . We tried the avocado toast and it was very blend, no seasoning . But don’t let that stop you for trying their other foods or coffee , I will be back and try something new .
