I placed an online order for pickup (Monday April 6th) and received a text saying my order would be ready at 8:30. When I arrived, they were closed. Online, it states they are open until 9:00, and my order confirmation also said to pick up at 8:30. I had to bang on the door and call before they let me in to get my food. When I mentioned to the employee that online it says 9:00 p.m., she told me, "We close at 8:00." I replied that they need to update their closing time online and shouldn't allow someone to order food and then send a text saying it's ready at 8:30 p.m. She said she's told the ow

The reason for the low rating has to do with the food. Atmosphere was great and the servers were super nice and friendly. If we compare this location to the other ones, the food portion size and taste is much better at the other locations. I order the chicken Alfredo but I had to look for the pieces of chicken. The sauce was good but it had little bits of chicken. My wife bought the Scarface and that also had tiny pieces of chicken. This place does have a better atmosphere than the other places but the food is not as good and portion size is smaller.

1 Star is the best it’s going to get. Ive been going to DiCiccos for years. Multiple locations not just this location. Always good food, anything wrong has been fixed. However, this time was everything but. Drinks ordered, food ordered, waited about 10-15 minutes for food, and two orders were wrong in our order of 4. Sent the two back ( seafood fettuccine and shrimp and scallop linguine with red sauce not Alfredo) instead of saying “sorry for that let me get that fixed right away” the server said “would you like me to fix them” of course, I’d like what I ordered. 10 more minutes go by and ou

The manager Sadie went above and beyond after a computer glitch wouldn’t allow for home delivery. Finally got my minestrone soup and so much more, delivered hot and fresh. Thank you Dicicco’s Old town! Love that your soup has the pasta in it too
