You can't order from a menu like normal. You're forced to use a kiosk and provide your name. Gone are the days of rolling up to Taco Bell and quickly ordering! Had to sit outside on the concrete like a peasant because they can't afford an outside bench, either! Can't give utensils unless you ask, too! Wasted 15-20 minutes ordering on a kiosk because it's in a silly format and won't show you prices easily. I tried ordering more food but they refused cash because they can't break a $50 bill. Ultra mega lame experience. Prices seem out of control and you get minimal actual food for your money. I

We chose to dine in. Their focus seems to be completely the drive through traffic. When our meal was served they forgot the drinks. My wife had to go to the counter and get the attention of a server from the drive through to get glasses for our drinks. The food was what we expect at Taco Bell. We will go to a different Taco Bell next time.

Whatever you do, do not go to this Taco Bell. Every time I go there, something is wrong with the food. Last night I ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme and it was basically just tortilla and sour cream — no meat, no tomatoes, nothing else inside. It honestly feels like whoever is making the food does not care about the customers or the quality of what they serve. I paid almost $8 just to eat sour cream and tortilla. This keeps happening every time I visit this location. Upper management seriously needs to come check the quality and consistency of the food they are giving customers. Completely disappo

Well, we stopped into this Taco Bell to get some lunch, had to order from the kiosk because of course nobody is atfront end. Got our food they forgot our drinks, seemed like I was bothering them asking for it. Sat down at the table and realized we did not get any napkins or silverware, went back up to the counter and asked for a fork and was told they adon’t have any so I asked for a spoon they Dont have any. So I’m not sure how I’m supposed to eat my lunch????? Like someone forgot to order supplies
