I recently visited the The Cheesecake Factory, and overall it was a good experience with a few service hiccups. The ambience is excellent—lively, comfortable, and a great place to unwind or catch up with friends and family. However, the service didn’t quite match the setting. We had to wait longer than expected before a server approached us, and eventually had to call someone over to get started, which took away from the initial experience. We arrived early for our reservation that I made the day before. Serena was a great help in making the reservation. They were great about seating our party of 10. Kris was an amazing server. With a large group there is always some kind of craziness. Kris was terrific, polite, courteous and patient. Everyone got their correct order! Not always the case with a big group.We were celebrating our daughter’s college graduation. My husband asked if they could put a candle on her dessert. He did that AND wrote congratulations with her name. Kudos to Kris!

Highly priced subpar food. Our server was excellent, the restaurant was clean. There are many things on the menu so I would assume many dishes are prepackaged. Which is fine, except for the price! We made reservations because this venue is so busy. It was my granddaughter’s 21st birthday and we had a nice celebration. I wish I would’ve gotten a Caesar salad instead of the orange chicken.
