Great staff, I come here everyday. Love the manager she is so sweet and always there, very hard worker. Don't listen to the bad reviews they work hard and are always here and super nice. I really try to give this Dunkin’ every chance because it’s the closest one to my house, but the consistency has become impossible to ignore. I stop here in the mornings on my way to Miami for work, and almost every visit there is an issue with the order — either the bread is rock hard, the food is prepared incorrectly, or something is missing altogether. Continuously the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. Like many other reviewers have said, I only go to this location because it’s the closest to my home—and every single time, there is an issue with my order. This time, I ordered a sandwich, hash browns, and a coffee. When I received my bag, there were no hash browns. Fine, mistakes happen.
