******** WARNING PLEASE BEWARE VERY RUDE STAFF HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ************* The way the so called supervisor Jason interacted with me at this potbelly is really disappointing. Today Tuesday 5/19 around 12:50pm. 1st no welcome when I come in, no type of acknowledgment with literally no customers around. Then when I say hello I’m here to pick up an order I’m told the beverage machine is broke. I’m only giving this place a 2 or 3 star because I’ve been here before and it was good, but this time was unacceptable to me. I went in last night at 8pm and I only ordered a salad, nothing else. I figured it would be a quick trip and I was on the way into work, but why did it take 30 minutes to get a salad?! The store was empty and there was only two people ahead of me in line, and one person later behind me in line. The service was unbelievably slow, and I think they also kept messing up the person on front me’s order, but it wasn’t busy in there at all. On top of that the salad wasn’t that

Very friendly staff. I had the skinny pair, Turkey and swiss sandwich with a cup of the tomato soup. The sandwich was delicious. I enjoyed the soup but was not the greatest. Parking is a challenge, you have to pay for it and there is not a lot of parking around.

Horrible customer service! On 2/21/26 at around 3:15pm, I walked in and was stared at like I shouldn't have walked in the first place. Both of the little girls behind the counter, because that's how they behaved, were extremely rude and dismissive. If you don't like what you do, change your environment, simple! Management please provide these little girls proper customer service training because they have no idea what it entails.
