Our first visit to Pho Metro and it was fabulous. Four of us dined in and none of us were too familiar with Vietnamese food - which our server quickly noticed and stepped in as a guide. I’ve been to Pho Metro a few times and always have a good dining experience. The staff are extra nice. If you have ever heard the phrase “service with a smile”, it’s Pho Metro. I was craving a regular bowl of pho but while looking over the menu and speaking to the waiter, I decided on the #5 Bun Bo Hue noodle soup. It’s spicy with a hint of lemongrass and the meats are tender and delicious. The rice noodles are thicker and round — different from the traditional pho noodles. The menu is simplistic in a good way. I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The grilled pork, chicken, and shrimp were cooked to perfection—juicy, flavorful, and tender, with just the right amount of marinate. Every bite was bursting with deliciousness, and nothing was dry, which is always a sign of great grilling.
