Love me a bagel from Einstein, but staff here is completely incompetent. They gave away my order not once but twice. then tried to say that I was having someone take the orders and “taking the orders”. Even if you order online still takes them 30 minutes just so you can pick it up.

I had the bagel & nox, it was delicious. Coffee was fresh and hot, steaming hot, as it should be. I was able to read a little and enjoy the calm, clean atmosphere while eating my bagel. This location is exceptionally clean, which I appreciate very much.

Came in and ordered 2 everything bagels. There 2 were clearly 2 left when they were ordered. 5 mins later, when calling my name, they told me there was only 1 everything bagel. This place is very stuck up, as are the patrons. I don't live in this area so I guess the customers and employees knew it. Stay away from the Einstein in colleyville. I decided to give them another chance and bc it was on the way home. Unfortunately, this location has a bunch of young people working that are really good at ignoring customers. I waited for 5min before someone told me to order at the register where
