I’ve had some really great food here. Their house made veggie burger is delicious and I always love all their desserts. However the pricing has gotten to a point that it’s hard to eat here outside of a special occasion. I was especially blown away by the price of their pizza special, which was extremely subpar. It was $36 for a thin 11in pizza. The crust is (I presume) homemade, but the vegan cheese is clearly store bought and doesn’t melt well. The pizza was very dry and flavorless. Tried out this shop earlier in the week and a few items left a sour taste. First things first, the items here are definitely overpriced... Not to mention that the other reviewers mentioned regarding prices is true. There is absolutely ZERO prices marked on anything in the fridges, on the counter or on the menu. I went to goodbeet to get a vegan birthday cake. I’ve been going here for a while and I love their bakery stuff. I told the manager Mike that I wanted a basic red velvet cake, With chocolate icing and “lit 24” written in green, although I said basic .The cake was not done professionally. The words are very small, the icing was poorly applied & they were not willing to remake it or give me a refund. I enjoy eating at this place & Mike is a cool dude but this experience was not it.
