This is a cool restaurant! I went on a Monday afternoon, so the restaurant was pretty dead, through no fault of its own however. They seemed to have an extremely large and extensive selection of beers, so if you're a beer lover, this'll be the perfect place for you! My cocktail (vodka pineapple) wasn't great, but that's probably my fault for ordering a liquor drink at a beer garden, or biergarten. Republic Biergarten is still a good spot for drinks and a fun night out 🍻 The atmosphere works well for groups, and trivia nights add a nice social element that keeps things lively. The food, however, isn’t what it used to be—there’s been a noticeable drop in quality over the past year or so, which is disappointing given how good it once was. It’s still worth visiting for the drinks and vibe, but it doesn’t quite hit the same overall experience it used to 👍

Great beer garden. Great selection of draft beers. QR code for easy selections. Service staff was exceptional Food was good, shimp taco was yummy. Soft Pretzel is a must starter.

The food was pretty good, and the service was good enough. Tried a few different beers, but they were all bad/off. Seems like dirty lines/taps may be the culprit. The place has potential, but needs work. Bottles over the bar are coated in dust, and what used to be game tables are just piles of junk in the front of the place.
