The staff is nice but in a get your food and go kind of way. On multiple occasions they have been out of many items that I ordered to put on my burrito or bowl. Although the food is tasty it just seems that they can't keep up with having all their I gradients stalked. One time they didn't have white rice another time they didn't have steak, etc.

Pretty disappointed. Went to get their new cheese crusted quesadilla, and not only did the girl not even know what it was or how to make it, i had to point to the big picture advertising it on the wall, and she had to keep stopping every step to reread it to figure out how to make it. Once it was finally done and I received it, it's just disappointing and looks nothing like the advertised "cheese crusted" more like a little cheese sprinkled on it, and barely melted.
