My daughter was served raw chicken when she went to tell them they tried excusing it saying it’s the seasoning. As you can see in the picture it was definitely raw and I hope she don’t get sick.

So I’ve been to this place before for like 6 years and my order was never been messed up before until now. I ordered a 8pc nugget with fries and a hiC float. All of that was fine until they got me barbecue sauce but I ordered Sriracha sauce. And also they gave me a kids meal even though I didn’t order it

In the nicest way possible, this location has not gotten my order right once. Something is always missing or the wrong item. I’ve come a few times because of the convenient location, but at this point it’s not worth it if it’s never right. It’s always too busy and the kids that work there seem too stressed to make me want to go inside and ask for the right item or whatever was wrong. The Aspen Grove location is much better.

This location used to be reliable but recently have gone downhill. I've been having an issue with every order at this location. First my delivery order never arrived and more recently they forgot all of my sauces including my jalapeno ranch sauce for my Jalepeno ranch club. The sauce is literally in the name of the entree. Skip the hassel and order from a different location.
