The Denmark offers a great European atmosphere, located on the 2nd floor of a building just across from the convention center. The large windows, low lighting, and casual seating arrangements all set the mood for great conversation amongst peers and intellectual discussions about the various oddities of life. Denmark is an amazing cocktail bar! I ordered a Negroni, and it was my first time having one served in a Nick and Nora glass instead of on the rocks. I was a bit skeptical, but it turned out to be absolutely delicious. I'm pretty picky about gins, and the bartender was incredibly helpful in recommending the perfect one. We also tried a Bee’s Knees, a Dark & Stormy, and a Mezcal Margarita — all exceptional. On top of that, the pimento and chorizo snack was perfectly balanced and full of flavor.
