Awful experience at this location. Please hire and train new employees. Just start all over with hiring. I place a $13 mobile order and get to the location and have to wait another 5-10 minutes. I clearly order an iced coffee and I get a warm coffee in a plastic cup with no ice. I go back inside and wait and the worker says, “We’re out of ice.” How stupid! They have ice for the other drinks! I ask for a refund and they say no refund for mobile orders. I’m never going to this location again. McDonald’s from now on. Please hire new people and start all over.

Worst customer service at this location. Neither they made the order perfect, nor the customer service was polite. When asked about the wrong order, the person at window was screening at me on why am I returning the bag. I explained him again that the order is wrong and he grabbed back the food. When asked on why is shouting when he didn’t make the order right, he just gave back my card and said he is not going to make my order anymore. I am posting his pic so that people are aware before talking to this rude guy.

I like Tim Hortons. Don't like the one downtown. 2 times I've been there. Both times the food was burnt. Sausage was dried out. Crussaint and egg was dry. If I wasn't already on the road I'd of turned back. I usually give a place 2 times. I did. Never again to this one.

I just ordered a number 9 and a Boston creme filled donut and a coffee Triple cream and triple sugar. They provided me with a hard hashbrown, a sandwich that was as hard as a stone and a coffee that I simply took one drink and threw out. This is not the first location to disappoint. Looks like Tim Hortons lost a loyal customer.
