The bun never went soggy, the meat barely had any fat on it and was just perfect. The sauces were good especially to mix. I will say my sides left alot to be desired, room temp mac and cheese that was flavorless so i did not eat it and my significant other garbage disposal when it comes to food did not either. Pulled pork sandwich was very moist and tasty pair well with their peach bbq sauce but the mac and cheese was dry and could use a lot more cheese the noodles were well seasoned but it was lacking cheese flavor and classic Mac and cheese texture.
