It's a nice cafe to go to for a sit down breakfast. They have many different options for an enjoyable experience other than just bagels. The service was a bit off during our visit as we had to wait a couple minutes to be served but it was worth the wait. Food was very tasty. Loved the atmosphere. Prices are a bit high and they don't offer free refills but overall had a lovely time visiting. Definatley will return. Worth a visit if your traveling through.

I came in to grab a latte/cappuccino/espresso as advertised in their window. I brought some work with me and wanted to enjoy some coffee. When I went to order, the worker taking my order looked at me like I had 3 heads and said “we don’t do cappuccinos”. I politely asked if they had expresso at all and was told “we don’t do that here”. Maybe you should change your advertising or be a little more understanding to guests who come in for the items you’re advertising.

I drove 30 minutes to try this deli because I’d heard great things. I ordered breakfast and was planning on ordering a lunch sandwich to go as well, but when I politely asked if I could taste a particular deli meat before ordering, Wendy’s response and tone were unnecessarily rude. I completely understand if samples aren’t allowed, but customer service and the way you speak to customers matter. Another worker later offered me a free sandwich, which I appreciated, but by then the experience already left a bad impression.
