Ordered from here via DoorDash, asked for my burger to be well done when it got delivered. It was rare. I called them and they said to bring it back and they would give me a new one. Just bring back the other one which I did along with the fries that I had got to go with the burger they swapped out my burger barely wanted to give me fresh fries. Had to get approval from the kitchen manager, and then when I asked for ranch, they wanted to charge me for it.
