Traumatizedddd by our experience here at this location 1031 Loop 336 W Conroe, TX 77301… the manager was super rude the moment we started taking our order when we asked if she could repeat it back to us she proceeds to SLAM the drive through door. We went in to get her name to report the incident she then yells out “I don’t have to take your order! I’m the manager!” To which we replied your not the owner and I’m sure they wouldn’t align with the image you just created…

This is an awesome donut shop. They have a great selection, and they're open late. Customer service has been consistently excellent and the prices are very hard to beat. I like the half dozen mix and the kolaches. Everything I've tried has been delicious. And I try something new every time I go. I highly recommend this establishment, particularly this location. Also Dont forget to tip before you leave. I'm always more than happy to leave a few extra bucks as it's a blessing to a great local business. Go check em out, I'm sure you'll enjoy it too.
