Food came out almost 10 mins after the app said it would be ready but the real issue is that the manager said we could only get two out of the four sauces ordered (two sauces per person) because the app doesn’t charge for the extra sauces. I don’t feel like two sauces per meal is excessive or anything, especially when the app let us get up to 3 for free, more just kind of crazy that 2 sauces will bankrupt sonic lol, should definitely change the app to match this policy because I would’ve paid for them on there but to gate keep the sauce after making us wait 10 minutes for the food is crazy

Apparently when you order a large fry this is what you get. Very shady and dishonest. What was the point of ordering and paying for a large fry only to end up with that??? Before anyone says anything YES I checked the bag. There was 1 French fry in it. *UPDATE* Weeks later and Sonic STILL hasn't reached out with an apology or anything. This shows me that Sonic knows that they are shady and has no problems cheating their own customers. POOR BUSINESS AND QUALITY!!!!!

Follow better strict health and safety policies at this location. Yes this is a long post cause this is just annoying. And the worst sonic ever. Drive the extra 10-15mins and go to another location. I get its fast food, but the cheese on the burger and how soggy it was, was literally SO disgusting. Not to mention my order was $65. I paid for 4ranches and I only got 1. The worker asked to dig in my bag to look for the other ranches because they didn’t believe we didn’t get the others. Always so many issues at this Sonic. And I feel like they all have bad attitudes. Problems with food. People wanting to argue when I’m just trying to get something fixed that THEY messed up. Which is weird cause the one on 336 and 105, everyone is so nice there and I rarely have an issue. Maybe they need better management.
