I had to wait 30 min for my food and I got there before the rush. I had to ask twice for it and they gave me attitude. The night shift on may 4th, 2026 has no customer skills at all. They brought the orders to all the customers that got there after me. When I asked again they just grabbed it from the kitchen counter and gave it to me. It was sitting there all this time!!! Food was cold, fries super salty to the point we couldn’t eat them and they didn’t follow the specs for the hamburgers. We order online a $75.00 meal for a family of 5 just for the order to have missing items when we checked at home. I went back to the restaurant and talked to the manger and he said he could not help me, I should have NOT ordered online and was going to charged me again add missing items on meals that are now cold. I had my receipt and the meals to show proof but he did not care and told me to leave. My wife wrote corporate about the issue. I will not be coming back again. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER BECAUSE MANAGEMENT WILL NOT HELP YOU

After waiting a solid twenty minutes in line with a single other car, I checked my bag after I received my food. Checked to make sure the double gravy and apple pie I had ordered was there. No apple pie. I had to return back to the drive through. When I got home I realized I forgot to check and make sure that my chicken tender meal… get this… came with chicken tenders. It in fact did not. If you were a fan of the discontinued Brioche bun, and you haven't tried the new Potato bun - let me just say this: it's serviceable. The Brioche bun is far superior in taste and feel. This location is hit or miss - we went the other week and our meals were hot, fresh, and everything was exceptional. With that being said, I went a couple days ago and both fries in my order were undercooked and you could taste that the tea was starting to go bad. That has been a problem with Whataburger Tea for the last 5-6 years.
