We come to IHOP Walnut Creek frequently and have always had a great experience, especially with a kind and professional hostess who usually works there. Unfortunately, our visit on June 16 at approximately 7:40 PM was very disappointing. The hostess, Lauren, immediately told us that pets were not allowed when we arrived with our service dog. Our dog is clearly identified as a service dog, and even if there had been any concerns, we were willing to sit outside. The interaction felt unwelcoming and unprofessional. Lauren appeared irritated by our presence and did not provide the level of custo

I think the food was really great they just lowered the portions a little bit. But the food was still tasty. The bacon suddenly got a little bit thinner it seemed like. But the pancakes were amazing. Got to love those cakes
