We stopped at this McDonald’s while we were states away from home and honestly — it tasted just like home. That’s the comfort of McDonald’s… no matter where you are, the fries still taste like the salty, crispy hug you didn’t know you needed. Service was quick, food was hot, and sometimes that’s all you want — a familiar meal in an unfamiliar place. Golden arches never let us down. 🍟🍔

Normally id remove a star or more for the experience that i had but i need to make sure the manager currently on duty, at the time of this review gets mad props! I have a severe onion allergy, the guy at the window discredited it and ignored me asking for glove change and station wiped before preparing my sandwich. Manager, had dreads that were pulled up and I do believe tipped blonde. THANK YOU for taking my allergy seriously. You deserve recognition for getting it straightened out. I hope the man at the window understands the seriousness of allergies and will do better in the future.

Got a mobile pickup order and usually have no issues, but they messed up and blamed me for it. After confirming my name and order at the speaker, I go to the window and they can’t find it. Instead of looking for it or remaking what I got, the manager said I “didn’t do what I was supposed to do how was I supposed to get my food” like I was an idiot. Even after giving her my order items, she continued to berate me until an employee nicely came with my exact order (including things I didn’t mention like extra sauce). I ordered from this McDonald's today while waiting to meet someone. I ordered a large ice coffee with SUGAR FREE vanilla cream. I asked several times to be sure and I was told that it was sugar free. I received my order and took a sip and it was NOT sugar free. I cant have sugar. I returned to the store and went in and talked to a employee and she stated that McDonald's doesn't normally make sugar free vanilla iced coffees but showed me a bottle that SHE said was given to that store. Im left with a lot of questions yall. I feel like I was being dissed! They finally made it right and I left. W
