The real rating overall would be 3.5, but since Google doesn't do decimal points, 3 it is. First off, atmosphere is a solid 4, even a 4.5. It's very trendy with some unique features. It can be a little noisy because of the open concept, but you can still carry on a conversation. They weren't terribly full for 7:30 on Friday night, so when they are busier, I would imagine it's noisier. We love this place and order takeout typically once a week. While the food is good, they need to work on picking up the phone. Many times when we’ve called to place an order, the phone rings and rings until you get a beep but can’t leave a message. You then have to call back sometimes multiple times before someone answers and a few times they answer with just “hello”, no “thanks for calling Irationale, how can I help you?” for example. Also, we have ordered food that comes with fries many times over the past year or so and the last few times we’ve done this, the portion has been very skimpy. W
