Just wanted to share my experience with this location it was terrible, I stopped by on Thursday May 28th to place an order for a cake, I filled out a sheet and placed the order for Saturday May 31st. I stopped by Saturday late afternoon and turns out they didn't have my cake ready at all there excuse was that they didn't have the correct color for the border and I rebuttled with why they couldn't call me since they had taken my phone number. Manager tried to apologize by just saying sorry, sorry doesn't fix something like this. I needed it for a graduation and I looked bad with family because

This DQ used to be fantastic, and WOW has that changed. The last few times we have come the service is terrible and the quality of the treats they make is just as bad. What a disappointment from a location that used to be so great. Don't waste your money coming here.

These reviews are very interesting. I've been coming here for 12+ years and I've NEVER had a problem with staff nor gotten the wrong order, etc . I'm polite and never act entitled though, maybe that's the key.
