Service was good! However, we ordered the general tso chicken and fried rice and my sister had chicken and broccoli……..the rice was EXTREMELY crunchy! The chicken and broccoli had no sauce just pale chicken no seasoning no sauce and ntm it was watery like soup! The general tso chicken was extremely mushy and gross, no form just spicy mush! My daughter had the Chinese donuts and they were raw in the middle, when asked for a refund we were told we had to wait for a manager and there isn’t one on site nor around to come and refund the order

I went yesterday and the customer service was good. But the food wasn't good I got fried rice and orange chicken the food wasn't fresh and it was bland no flavor, I must say I never had bad fried rice and orange chicken this the first in my life. Hot Wok you all need to get some green onions some good soy sauce and ginger and stop over cooking your rice and make some fresh rice and for your orange chicken I can tell it was heated up in microwave it wasn't crispy at all. I had to throw a $12 plate in the garbage.

Please place definitely surprised me. A friend took me here for dinner to try the fare, and it was delicious. He said, “just so you know, the portions here are small, so keep that in mind”. When the food came out, my eyes were so huge. You could easily feed three ppl with the shrimp lo mein I ordered. My friend ordered the combination lo mein which so delicious.
